Judge Mparany Mamy Richard Rajohnson (Madagascar)

Born on 30 July 1948, Judge Mparany Mamy Richard Rajohnson was General Secretary of the Ministry of Justice since 2002. He worked for several years in senior positions in the Ministry of Justice and as a Judge and Senior Examining Magistrate in the courts of Madagascar. He has a Diplôme (Postgraduate degree) from the Judicial Studies Institute and Licence (Bachelor’s degree) in private law from the Antananarivo University.

Judge Rajohnson, who is also a Knight of the Malagasy National Order and of the Order of Merit of Madascar, was since 1997 an Instructor of Magistrates in Training at the National School for Magistrates and Clerks of the Court of Antananarivo. He has also participated in several national and international professional training sessions and seminars.
